Conference Room
Our Conference Room, located upstairs, can be reserved for your meeting at STIR! Our conference room comes with a conference table and seating and a Flat Screen TV for presentations/videos.
Cost to Reserve
$50 for the first 2 hours. If you would like to reserve the room for more than 2 hours, there is a $25 cost per hour after your first 2 hours.
There are 6 chairs in the Conference Room at the table, however the Conference Room can accommodate up to 12 people.
Private Events
We are honored you are interested in reserving STIR for your private event! When you reserve STIR for your private event, you get the entire facility to use as you see fit with the ability to decorate for your needs!

Cost to Reserve After Hours
ENTIRE SPACE RENTAL: Starting at $100 per hour (this doesn’t include purchases from STIR)
BARISTA COST: $30 per hour per Barista – minimum 2 baristas
Cost to Reserve Upstairs During Business Hours
TOTAL UPSTAIRS RENTAL: $150 for minimum 2 hours (this doesn’t include purchases from STIR) and $50 per extra hour. This includes setup/teardown of your event.

To reserve the space, full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your rental date for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, a cancellation fee of $50 or 10% of your total payment (whichever is greater) will be withheld.
